Weekend Concierge - North London

£15,000 - On-Site Management

Working on a residential new-build scheme in North London, you’ll form part of the Concierge Team. Your role will be to work as their Weekend Concierge, working 08:00 – 20:00 Saturday and Sunday (including Bank Holidays, except Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years’ Day).

There’s also the opportunity to take on overtime covering the day / afternoon Concierge during the week.

The purpose of your role will be to deliver exceptional levels of customer service to the residents of the development. Your day to day will involve:

Greeting and welcoming residents and guests of the estate
Acting as the first point of contact for information and/or assistance
Answering calls and emails, ensuring they’re logged and passed on as necessary
Managing and distributing keys, post and parcels
Weekly tests of the fire alarms
Monthly tests of the emergency lighting
Monthly water temperature monitoring

Role Requirements:

Experience in a similar role in a luxury residential building or 5* hotel
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication skills
Proactive, reliable, polite, confident and trustworthy
