Newcastle City Council have approved Stonegate Developments' plans for Newcastle’s first high rise PRS development on Rutherford Street in the city centre. Plans for the 26 storey development, designed by FaulknerBrowns architects, include 162 new apartments.  

PRS developments are still a fairly new concept for Newcastle but if it follows the PRS boom in Manchester and London then there could be more to follow soon.
