Haringey Council have approved Catalyst’s planning application to build 80 homes on the former Coppetts Wood Hospital site near Muswell Hill, London. Catalyst have owned the site since 2015 and had architects Conran & Partners design the residential scheme. Plans include a mix of new of apartments and townhouses, with substantial landscaping, on the derelict brownfield site. Demolition works are due to start later in the year and the development is expected to complete by 2019.
