Moda Living and Apache Capital joint venture partnership have acquired planning for a 34-storey development in Princes Dock, to be called Princes Reach. Plans for the site, located on William Jessop Way, include 304 new apartments along with many resident facilities.
This development forms part of the wider Liverpool Waters Masterplan which will see the regeneration of 60 hectares of historic dockland. Planning permission, for this wider masterplan, has already been granted for 17 million sq. ft. of development floorspace, including 9000 new homes and around 3 million sq. ft. of office space.
