Site Acquired for £100m Birmingham PRS Development

London based property group Cambourne Land Investments (CLI) have acquired a development site in Birmingham City centre where they plan to develop a 450,000 sq. ft  build to rent scheme of 500 apartments over 15 floors.

The site, formerly occupied by Kent Street Baths, is located on the south side of the city centre, bounded by Gooch Street North, Bromsgrove Street, Kent Street and Henstead Street. CLI intend to keep the Kent Street Baths name for the development.
