Cole Waterhouse, a joint venture between Real Estate Capital, Lincoln Vale Florin and Park Vale Capital, have revealed plans for a large resi scheme near Old Trafford Stadium in Manchester. The mixed use scheme, called No1 Old Trafford, is situated next to Trafford Road Swing Bridge and includes two buildings of 15 and 18 storeys in height. Retail space will feature on the ground floor.
