Housing Association Origin have partnered up with house builder Hill to deliver their first residential development project together. The site, on Northolt Road in Harrow, is currently occupied by office buildings which will be regenerated to deliver 116 new homes. The Echo One project will comprise of 69 one and two bed resi units for private sale, 29 shared ownership units and 18 for private rental.

Construction has already started with the first new homes to be completed in 2019.
