Developers Forshaw Land & Property Group have revealed plans for a £40m resi scheme on Worrall Street in Ordshall, Salford.

The proposed sheme consists of 3 buildings of between 7 and 8 stories in height, including 252 new homes, (124 one-bedroom apartments, 101 two-bedroom apartments and 27 three-bedroom apartments) parking and landscaped gardens.

Lichfields have been appointed to take forward the proposals with plans due to be submitted to Salford council in the coming days.
