Developer Foreshaw Land and Property Group have revealed plans for 2 resi towers on the River Irwell in Salford. The towers will be 11 and 27 storeys respectively and comprise of 183 new homes. Construction is expected to start in 2018 if plans for the brownfield site are approved.
