The Developer, Elliot Group, has purchased another site on Wolstenholme Square in central Liverpool. Initial plans for site show an 11 storey mixed use building including 205 new apartments, terraces, a spa and pool and commercial units on the ground floor. A formal planning application is expected to be submitted very soon.
