A2Dominion and Crest Nicholson have revealed plans for an £80m eco-home residential scheme in their latest joint venture partnership. The development is a continuation of A2Dominion’s existing Elmsbrook development in North West Bicester, within an hour from London

Plans for the development indicate delivery of 232 new homes of between 2 and 5 bedrooms of which 30% will be affordable.

Construction for the next phase at Elmsbrook is due to begin in Spring next year and the first residents are expected to move in mid 2019. Completion of the whole project is expected by mid 2022.
