Developer Downing, has secured planning from Lambeth Council for a 37 Storey Student Development and an adjacent 6 storey commercial building, on Miles street in Vauxhaul, London.

The student building will include 841 student beds, a recpeion area and café. The adjacent commercial development will include 38,500 sq ft of open-plan office space, a multi-use games area on the roof, and a sports facility.
