Planning submitted for 650m mixed use scheme in Broxbourne, Hertforshire

Outline planning permission has been submitted for Chesthunt Lakeside scheme which is a mixed use urban village located next to Cheshunt Station on the West Anglia Main Line, North of London and just outside the M25.

Developer: Inland Homes

Scale: 1800 New homes, 200 000sq ft of commercial, leisure and school space

GDV: £650 Million

Timescales: Target start date is towards the end of 2018 and is it expected to take approximately 12 years to complete
