Block Recruit is delighted to announce that Matty Stratton has stepped into the role of Associate Director, marking both a new chapter for the business and Matty’s six-year anniversary with us. As a small, specialist team within the Block Management sector, our strength has always come from the people behind the work. Over the years, Matty has become a central part of that foundation. He will now take the lead on all Block Management recruitment, continuing the same hands-on, personal approach our clients and candidates value.

Matty’s promotion also aligns with the long-term direction of the business. As Alice, our founder, steps back to focus on a new career path and the training involved. Matty will take on a greater leadership role to ensure the continuity and quality of service our clients rely on. Throughout his six years with Block Recruit, Matty has worked closely with Alice and Bryn through every shift in the market, from industry consolidation to wider economic pressures. His steady presence, commitment and forward-thinking mindset have helped the business navigate each challenge without losing sight of what matters: supporting people and the sector we serve.
