The Opportunity
An established and growing independent property business is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Block Manager / Team Leader to support the day-to-day running and continued development of its residential Block Management department. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Block Management professional who enjoys a combination of hands-on property management, team leadership and client relationship management.
You'll be joining a smaller, well-established business where you won't simply be overseeing operations from a distance. You'll have the opportunity to remain actively involved in managing your own portfolio of residential developments, while also providing guidance and support to a small team of Property Management professionals.
The role offers a good balance of responsibility and autonomy, with the opportunity to influence departmental processes, support colleagues and contribute to the continued growth of the business.
There is also a commercial element to the position, with opportunities to generate new business and earn additional commission through successful new management instructions.
For someone looking to take the next step in their Block Management career without moving into a purely corporate or senior management position, this could be an excellent opportunity.
