Telford Homes has exchanged contracts on the former London Electricity Board headquarters on Cambridge Heath Road in Bethnal Green.  Their plans, subject to planning approval, are to redevelop the old office building into a high end residential development, bringing some much needed new homes to non-prime areas of London. The site has been purchased for £30m and is expected to have a gross development value of £95m.

Telford Homes intend to secure planning as soon as possible with the intention of starting construction next year, with a completion date within 3 years from the start of building works.
