The new PRS development, Carmen Street, in Bow, East London will deliver 2 five storey buildings and a 22 storey tower, with a 150 new PRS homes. The development is located next to Langdon Park DLR station, just a 6 minute commute to Canary Wharf.
M&G are financing the project and Telford Homes will act as developer and contractor on the scheme.
Completion date is planned for mid 2019
