Maidstone Council’s Planning Committee have approved a planning application by developer U+I for a 310 unit resi scheme in Maidstone, Kent. The site is situated adjacent to Springfield Roundabout on Royal Engineers Road and overlooks the river Medway.

The design for the scheme, by award winning architects Guy Holloway, includes several buildings ranging from 8 to 18 storeys in height and 310 new homes, 220 of which may be delivered as build to rent or speculative homes for sale.

Delivery is estimated within the next 2-3 years
