Berkeley Homes have showcased their plans for a 3800 home development on Stephenson Street near West Ham station. Plans for the former Parcelforce depot site include new direct connections to West Ham Station, a new school, public piazza and park, commercial space and a mixture of new homes.
Berkeley are intending to submit planning this spring and subject to approval the first phase, delivering 1000 homes is estimated to complete in 2022.
