Developer Taylor Wimpey Central London has secured “The Ebury Centre”, a rare half acre site in Pimlico, London. The site already has planning permission for 47 one, two and three bedroom apartments and some additional facilities for the University Tech College.
Foundation stage is now complete with vertical construction starting this month.
Completion is expected in mid 2018.
