Savills announced on 29th June 2016 that they have acquired the residential property management business Chainbow Ltd. Chainbow specialises in resi block management, private rented and build to rent sectors and the aquisiton respresents a stategic boost to their residential management arm and client list.
All of Chainbow’s staff are joining Savills immediately.
