We have a special opening speech from Andrew Bulmer, CEO of IRPM. In a jointly-presented seminar, building surveyor Zoe Walheim and barrister Amanda Gourlay will guide you through the major works procedure and CDM regulations; highlight the areas where surveying and legal advice is key, and give pointers as to how to avoid common pitfalls.

Our main session sees Zoe Walheim from Earl Kendrick & Amanda Gourlay from Tanfield Chambers discuss and go through CDM Regulations, Major Works and other current building matters affecting property managers with an emphasis on both the practical and legal aspects. It is very rare to have two very senior and well-respected industry professionals come together and present in this manner so we are extremely grateful and proud to offer this to our delegates
