Large mixed-use planning application approved for Old Oak Park Regeneration

Genesis Housing Association and Queens Park Rangers Football Club have had plans approved in Oaklands, a large regeneration site in Old Oak Park, west London. The £175m mixed-use development will include 605 new homes.

Over the next 30-40 years Old Oak could see up to 25,000 homes being built as part of the wider regeneration.

Initial works planned in March 2017 with a completion date planned in 2020
