The 450m, 11 hectare High Road West scheme, will deliver 1400 homes and a substantial public space in Tottenham.

- Lendlease Development
- Linkcity (Formerly Bouygues Development)
A final decision will be announced by mid 2017.
This is the latest project in the £1bn regeneration of Tottenham, which will bring 10,000 new homes by 2025.
