Savills Buy a Substantial Property Portfolio from British Land

British Land has agreed to sell its 3rd party property portfolio (valued at £4.6 billion in Sept 2017) to the global real estate service provider Savills. British Land’s subsiduary, Broadgate Estates who currently manage the portfolio intend to focus on preserving a first class service to British Land’s own portfolio (valued at £13.5billion) of  high end commercial property.

Savills will take over contracts to manage twenty-eight comercial assets in London and Liverpool and 160 Broadgate Estates employees will transfer to Savills as part of the acquisition.
