Adderstone Group have submitted plans for a 122 home residential scheme on Newcastle’s Quayside. Plans show a stepped development of 5 towers of between 10 and 16 floors, consisting of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom glass fronted apartments. The 1.5 acre brownfield land site sits next to St Anne’s Quay.
