Muse Developments, in partnership with Network Rail, have been granted planning for their New Victoria project in Manchester. will create the £185m mixed use scheme.
Plans for the £185m mixed use development include two residential buildings of 20 and 25 storeys and a 150 000sq. ft. office building of 8 storeys. The residential element will bring 520 new homes to the area.
Construction is expected to start in the latter half of 2017 with a target completion date of 2021.
