Windsor & Maidenhead council are planning to develop four sites at West Street, York Road, Reform Road and St Cloud’s Way with a total area of around 16 acres. Developers Berkeley Homes, Grainger, Countryside Properties, Shanly Homes Ltd and Pinnacle group have been shortlisted.
The city centre sites could bring up to a 1000 new homes including commercial and office space to the area.
The chosen developer will awarded in May 2017
