Alexander Faulkner Partnership Ltd has acquired WL Estate Management Ltd t/a Wise Estates. From 1st July 2021 onwards, WL Estate Management Ltd will trade under the Alexander Faulkner Partnership Ltd brand.
This acquisition brings over 100 schemes into the portfolio, bringing the total number of units under management by Alexander Faulkner Partnership to 21,000.
Alexander Faulkner Partnership will be welcoming 17 members of staff into their team and strengthening their footprint in the midlands with the addition of a permanent Birmingham office.
