Grainger has bought a PRS development project at Finzels Reach from developer Cubex Land and its funding partner Palmer Capital.

The site, which already has planning consent for 194 homes across two blocks, will be forward funded by Grainger and developed by Cubex Land. Wimott Dixon were recently announced as the contractor on the scheme.

The Project is expected to complete in the early part of 2019
