Developer J2 Global Corporation has been granted planning for the regeneration of a former Vauxhaul car plant in Luton. The £300m Napier Gateway development is located opposite Luton Airport Parkway Station.
Plans feature a 200 bed hotel, 685 residential units, a medical centre, retail and leisure space and a public realm. Enabling works are currently underway by Blu-3 (UK) Ltd
