Developer Glenbrook has submitted plans for a 270 unit, 16 storey PRS block in Salford, adjacent to the iconic MediaCityUk. The site is the last remaining undeveloped plot overlooking Erie Basin in Salford Quays and if approved would be Glenbrook’s fourth build to rent developments in the North West.

If planning is granted the target completion date is set for July 2019.
