We are a small, yet quickly expanding family run company, based in North London. Covering

We’re currently on the lookout for an accounts assistant to join our close-knit team and help take our Block Management sector to new heights! Alongside providing an unmatched service, employee satisfaction is firmly ingrained in our core values; we will give you the all the support and tools to help you thrive in your new role.
As our new
, you will be joining us in our modern and vibrant offices in North London. You will be an essential part of our team as we build our ever-growing Block Management division. Your daily duties will include:
Inputting purchase invoices onto the system and paid within a timely manner
Chasing of arrears following the correct credit control procedures
Assisting with the raising of service charge demands to leaseholders
Assisting with posting of receipts received into our multiple owned client accounts
Posting of monthly direct debits
Ad hoc tasks such as filing, etc
As our ideal candidate, you will have passion, energy and be customer focused. You will also possess great time management and organisation skills. We're looking for someone who isn't afraid of a challenge and working hard to achieve their goals. Ideally, you will have accounting related qualifications, but we will of course be there to guide and support you every step on your way to success!
Previous experience working in Accounts
Professional, friendly and confident when with dealing with Clients
Good organisational and time management skills

Salary Range & Benefits
This position is offering a salary of £18K - £20K, depending on experience plus an exciting opportunity to become a key member of a fast growing company. The working hours are 9am - 6pm, Monday to Friday.
