Accounts Manager - Greater Manchester

£27,000 - £35,000 - Accountancy/ Finance

Key Responsibilities:

Posting Receipts into client accounts
Posting Invoices onto client ledgers
Arrears Chasing
End of year Client Accounts preparation
Assisting in the reviewing of service charges and adjustments if needed
Processing adjustments and reconciling to the system
Preparation of financial statements
Financial support to Property Managers
Creating Office Invoices on Sage
Posting Supplier Invoices on Sage
Processing Quarterly Vat returns

Minimum Requirements

Minimum 2 years Accountancy Experience
Minimum Qualification AAT2
Exposure to Service Charge Accounting

Desirable Requirements

Service Charge & Ground Rent collection experience

Salary Range & Benefits

This position is paying a competitive salary of £27K - £35K depending on experience.
