In this role, you’ll be assisting the Block Manager / Property Manager and Senior Staff in all aspects of a residential portfolio. You’ll be organised, will enjoy a fast-paced work environment and will take pride in company processes to ensure quality service at all times. Assisting on section 20s, service charge budgets, AGMs, maintenance and major works will fill your working week with a diverse range of duties, keeping you engaged with your like-minded team.
Minimum Requirements
  • At least 1 years Block Management experience, assisting in a similar role
  • Strong use of initiative and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi task with a computer literate mind
Desirable Requirements
  • IRPM or other industry qualifications
  • Previous experience with “Qube” systems
  • Experience working on high end, London developments
