Job Title: Assistant Block Manager

Location: Borehamwood, Hertfordshire

Salary: £30,000 circa DOE

We are currently seeking a dynamic and proactive Assistant Block Manager to join our team based in Borehamwood. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a thriving property management environment with excellent career progression prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the day-to-day management of residential blocks.
• Liaise with property owners, contractors, and residents to resolve issues effectively.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property management activities.
• Support the Block Manager in conducting property inspections and preparing reports.
• Collaborate with a diverse team to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in property management or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
