We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Assistant Block Manager. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the management of residential blocks, ensuring the smooth operation of properties and delivering outstanding service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management of residential blocks, including handling maintenance issues, liaising with contractors, and overseeing day-to-day operations.
- Respond promptly and effectively to queries and concerns from residents, providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Collaborate with the Block Manager to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and procedures.
- Assist with financial management tasks, such as budgeting and invoicing.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess property condition and identify any areas for improvement.
- Support the implementation of health and safety measures within the properties.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the property sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Resilience and confidence to handle challenging situations in a professional manner.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of property management regulations and procedures (desirable but not essential).
