This company is now on the search for an Assistant Development Manager, to work with the Development Manager on the company’s largest flagship development. The site is a thriving community with beautifully landscaped gardens and commercial space – better than any office you could be working in!
 
Your role as their new Assistant Development Manager will be to manage the development alongside the Development Manager. This role is therefore well suited to someone that’s been managing a portfolio of their own but looking for something new.
 
You will be part of the team based on the development, a hardworking, customer focused team that work closely together to achieve the successful day to day running of the site. Whilst you’ll be assisting the Development Manager, you’ll have a lot responsibility and duties will be split depending on the level of experience of the successful candidate.
 
You will need to have Block Management experience and experience in Section 20 consultation, Service Charge budgets, major works projects and ideally have M&E / plant knowledge.
 
It will be your job to build and maintain strong relationships with residents and the client of the site, a high-end London Developer. This will be achieved through excellent levels of communication and customer service, along with keeping up to date with everything relating to the development, acting as one of the go-to people for any questions and queries.
 
Minimum Requirements:                                                                                                 
 
·         Block Management experience
·         Knowledge of Section 20 notices and Service Charge budgets
·         Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and residents

Desirable Requirements:
 
·         Industry related qualifications such as IRPM / RICS / IOSH
·         Experience managing site staff
·         Experience in a similar role
·         Experience in working with the Developer
 
Salary Range & Benefits:
 
This role is paying a competitive salary of around £30,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience.
