Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
 
About the Role
An established and growing property management company is looking for an organised and proactive Assistant Property Manager to join their friendly London-based team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in property or lettings who’s looking to take the next step into block management. You’ll support a Property Manager in overseeing a varied portfolio of residential blocks, ensuring excellent service delivery to leaseholders and residents.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for leaseholders and residents.
  • Support with service charge budgeting, collection, and account reconciliation.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair works, liaising with contractors and suppliers.
  • Carry out regular site inspections and ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations.
  • Assist in preparing and managing Section 20 consultations for major works.
  • Organise and attend AGMs and residents’ meetings, providing follow-up and administrative support.
  • Maintain accurate records across all property management systems.
 
About You
  • Previous experience in property management or lettings support (block management experience preferred).
  • Good understanding of leasehold management and service charge processes.
  • Familiarity with Section 20 requirements under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and time-management skills.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and property software such as Qube, Propman, Blockman, or Fixflo.
  • ITP qualification (or working towards it) desirable but not essential.
