About the Role
An established and growing property management company is looking for an organised and proactive
Assistant Property Manager
to join their friendly London-based team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in property or lettings who’s looking to take the next step into block management. You’ll support a Property Manager in overseeing a varied portfolio of residential blocks, ensuring excellent service delivery to leaseholders and residents.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for leaseholders and residents.
Support with
service charge budgeting
, collection, and account reconciliation.
Coordinate
maintenance and repair works
, liaising with contractors and suppliers.
Carry out
regular site inspections
and ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations.
Assist in preparing and managing
Section 20 consultations
for major works.
Organise and attend
AGMs and residents’ meetings
, providing follow-up and administrative support.
Maintain accurate records across all property management systems.
About You
Previous experience in
property management or lettings support
(block management experience preferred).
Good understanding of
leasehold management and service charge processes
.
Familiarity with
Section 20 requirements
under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985.
Excellent
communication, organisation, and time-management
skills.
Confident using Microsoft Office and property software such as
Qube, Propman, Blockman, or Fixflo
.
ITP qualification
(or working towards it) desirable but not essential.

£28,000 – £32,000
(depending on experience)
