We’re looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join our team. Your role will be to support the Property Managers to manage their portfolios. This will include general administration, sending invoices, arranging contractors, key holding, carrying out site inspections with the Property Manager, complying with H&S and Fire Risk regulations, arranging for maintenance works to be carried out, attending and minuting AGM’s with the Property Manager and generally being a person of support.
Assistant Property Managers require the ability to react to the day’s events in an effective, friendly and consistent manner. Should a customer experience a maintenance issue or require some assistance the Assistant Property Manager is the person who makes the headache go away. They have direct contact with the customers and the customer’s opinion of us will largely be dependent on the level of service provided.
Supporting the Property Managers will give you great exposure to the industry and the role of a Property Manager. You will be learning whilst on the job and gaining the skills and qualifications needed to be a great Property Manager.

Salary Range & Benefits
The salary on offer is dependent on your industry experience, this will range from £21,000 - £25,000 PA. The working hours are Mon – Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm with a 5pm finish on Fridays. Training and development will also be offered.
