Also in Brighton, is the majority of our portfolio; meaning you’ll never have too far to go for a site visit. But, if you find yourself travelling, make use of our pool cars made available to the team.
 
As a team, we’re a close bunch and we work in a very supportive environment. We have a lot of long-standing clients and as such, we know them inside out! Our prime focus is providing the very best service to them, and being a close team means that we all know each others’ clients and can be of assistance. We put importance on building and maintaining strong working relationships, it enables us to be the best Property Managers to our sites.
 
We are now in need of a new Assistant Property Manager to join our team. As our new Assistant Property Manager, you will be responsible for helping with the day to day management of a portfolio of blocks. We will give you all the tools and training to quickly develop your learning and experience. Your role will include assisting the property managers with preparing and managing service charge budgets, issuing Section 20 notices, attending AGM’s and carrying out site inspections. 
 
Due to the nature of the role and the support on offer from our team, this position is ideal for someone that has been working within Estate Agency or AST Property Management and is looking to take the next step in their career, taking on the management of your own leasehold portfolio. It is also just as ideal for an existing Assistant Property Manager looking to join a team that prides itself on its service levels.
 
To be our ideal team member, you will need to be hardworking, have great attention to detail and work well within a team environment. As a close-knit group, it is essential that you enjoy working with others and helping when necessary. Additionally, you will be customer focused, having effective communication skills. Possessing these qualities will allow you to quickly become a significant part of our company.
 
Minimum Requirements
  • A background working within the Property Industry
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Full UK Drivers License
 
Desirable Requirements
  • Previous Block Management experience 
 
Salary Range & Benefits
 
This position is offering £20,000 - £25,000 depending on experience, as well as the use of company pool cars when on-site visits.
