About the Role
As Associate Director, you will be responsible for supporting the leadership and growth of the London operation, while also taking ownership of your own portfolio of high-end residential properties. You will provide leadership to the wider team, promote engagement and a positive working culture, and ensure operational objectives are consistently achieved. You will also act as the first point of senior escalation for clients, leaseholders and challenging stakeholders, using your experience and technical knowledge to resolve issues effectively and maintain strong client relationships. The role will have a strong focus on delivering exceptional service, ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting the ongoing growth and development of the business.

  • Ensure client, leaseholder and resident expectations are consistently met.
  • Deliver a highly personal and bespoke level of service.
Business Development & Operations

  • Assist with operational strategy and its implementation.
  • Contribute to the continued development of the business and its service offering.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, best practices and company policies.
Portfolio Management
Alongside the leadership responsibilities, you will have full responsibility for your own portfolio, overseeing all aspects of residential property management, including:
  • Legal matters.
  • Maintenance and repairs.
  • Major works.
  • Financial management.
  • Health and safety.
  • Fire safety.
  • HR-related matters.
  • Compliance.
  • Client and leaseholder requirements.
Regular building visits will be required, generally on a weekly or fortnightly basis, alongside attendance at relevant meetings and AGMs.

The successful candidate will ideally have:
  • At least 5 years' experience at Senior Property Manager level.
