Are you a qualified Property Manager with some experience in Business Development, and looking for a new and exciting opportunity to work for a forward thinking and progressive company? Then look no further!
We are looking for someone that understands the industry, understands the needs of a Client and can develop a business development strategy that suits in order to expand our portfolio. We offer bespoke brand offerings that appeal to developers, asset managers, institutional investors and resident management companies.
The business needs further brand development and whilst this is not a marketing position, with support, you will be required to help position the brands in the marketplace and to develop their USP’s, to provide the best opportunity for success. Working closely with the senior team, you will source and establish a pipeline of client development opportunities, and work to an agreed upon business development plan, with a particular focus on established clients rather than new build, (resident management companies).
Some accountabilities and goals you will own:
Work closely with the wider team to establish a brand proposition that supports the ambition of the business.
Suggest improvements or enhancements to the operating model that could support the proposition of the brands.
Establish and/or refine strong tender collateral.
Develop a business development plan, to be agreed with senior management.
Deliver upon the business development plan with agreed goals.
Drive effective relationships with clients and non-clients.
Develop marketing campaigns or networking events.

Salary Range & Benefits
This position is paying a competitive salary of £40K - £50K + bonus. We’re open to discussion on this.
