Job Title: Client Side Block Manager
Location: Manchester, UK (Hybrid - 1/2 days from office)
Salary Range: £35,000 - £45,000

We are seeking a dedicated Client Side Block Manager to join our team in Manchester. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a manageable portfolio of properties, requiring hands-on experience and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
- Address a variety of building issues, including historic concerns, with confidence and professionalism.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair projects, ensuring quality standards are met within budgetary constraints.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional service to clients and residents.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a Block Manager.
- Proven track record of successfully managing a diverse portfolio of properties.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to address complex issues efficiently.
- Knowledge of property management regulations and best practices.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for property management.
