Position: Block Manager

Location: London, West End

Salary: Up to £50,000

Working Arrangement: Office-based with potential for some home working

Are you an experienced Block Manager looking to work in the heart of London’s West End?

We are seeking a experienced and knowledgeable Block Manager to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to manage a small, manageable portfolio with the support of a dedicated team.

Key Requirements:

• London-based: Must reside in London for easy access to our West End office.
• Experience: Proven track record with a solid background in block management, + 6 years experience. 
• Qualifications: AIRPM qualified.
• Portfolio Management: Ideally, some experience managing buildings over 18 meters, though this is not a strict requirement.
• System Proficiency: Familiarity with the Blockman system is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the day-to-day management of a portfolio of properties in London. 
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Liaising with clients, tenants, and contractors to provide exceptional service.
• Experience managing S20 major works projects. 
• Accounts: Setting service charge budgets, year end accounts etc. #
• AGMs & Client meetings.
