We're working with a forward-thinking Property Management company based in Bromley that’s looking to bring on an experienced Block Manager to join their growing team.

You’ll be managing a varied residential portfolio, handling day-to-day property management duties, and building strong relationships with clients and leaseholders. Minimum 2 years of block management experience is required.

💼 Salary:

£32,000 basic
Additional £5,000 if you're TPI qualified

🎯 What They’re Looking For:

2+ years’ experience in residential block management
Strong knowledge of leasehold property and service charge processes
Great communication and problem-solving skills
TPI qualification is a bonus—but full support will be provided to gain it
