📝 Role Summary:
As a Property Manager, you’ll oversee a portfolio of residential and mixed-use developments, acting as the main point of contact for clients, freeholders, and leaseholders. Your mission is to ensure top-tier service delivery while maintaining compliance with regulations and best practices.
 
 
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
  • 🏠 Conduct regular property inspections and generate detailed reports
  • 📊 Prepare and manage service charge budgets and client accounts
  • 🛡️ Coordinate building and directors’ insurance and manage claims
  • 🗓️ Organize and attend AGMs, EGMs, and residents’ meetings
  • 📬 Handle leaseholder correspondence, lease breaches, and complaints
  • 🛠️ Oversee contractors, repairs, and planned maintenance
  • 📑 Support with lease assignments and property sales admin
 
 
✅ Requirements:
  • 📚 Strong knowledge of leasehold property management
  • 💬 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • 🧠 Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • ⚖️ Familiar with relevant legislation and compliance standards
  • 🏆 Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
