We are working with an independent, value-led property agent with over 30 years’ experience across sales, lettings, property management, and block management. They are seeking a motivated Block Manager to join their established team, supporting the management of a well-maintained residential portfolio.

The Role

Portfolio: Management of 16 residential blocks, comprising approximately 400 units.
Responsibilities: Overseeing day-to-day block management tasks, liaising with leaseholders, residents, and contractors, ensuring compliance, and maintaining the highest service standards.
Location: Canterbury/Ashford, with a flexible working arrangement (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).

About You

2–3 years’ experience in block management.
Assistant/Junior Property Managers looking to take the next step in their career will also be considered.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team environment.
