Role Overview

A well-established property management company is seeking a proactive and experienced Block Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of a prestigious residential portfolio in a central London location.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of approximately 700 units across six high-end blocks, working closely with a Director and an Assistant Property Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the residential portfolio.
Liaising with leaseholders, contractors, and stakeholders to maintain high service standards.
Managing maintenance schedules, repairs, and compliance requirements.
Overseeing service charge budgets and financial reporting.
Conducting regular site inspections and ensuring full health & safety compliance.
Coordinating with the Assistant Property Manager and Director on strategic planning.
Handling insurance claims, major works, and Section 20 processes.
Ensuring timely communication and resolution of leaseholder queries.

Requirements

Proven experience in block management (minimum 2 years preferred).
Strong knowledge of leasehold legislation and service charge budgeting.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
ATPI qualification (desirable but not essential).

Benefits

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
