We are now searching for Property Professionals with experience working in the Block Management industry, whether you are an experienced individual or whether you are an Assistant Property Manager who is ready for the next step, we are interested in speaking with you about this Residential Block Manager role.
Our client is a Multi-Disciplined Property Specialist working in Sales & Lettings, Block & Commercial Property management. Based in Middlesex, they are offering the chance for an ambitious and career focused Property Pro to join the team and manage a portfolio of properties in the Greater London area. This Client Focused company look to offer their team members a degree of autonomy and flexibility in order to be able to provide the best service possible.
As their new Block Manager, you’ll oversee a portfolio of apartment blocks across Greater London. In managing the communal areas, you’ll prepare and oversee service charge budgets, arrange day to day and major works, issue section 20 notices where needed, conduct regular site visits, organise and host AGMs, oversee all H&S requirements and maintain excellent levels of communication with Clients, Leaseholders and contractors across your portfolio. Working in South West London, you’ll ideally be fairly local and will be looking to stay with a company for long term progression.
To be successful in this role you will have strong communication skills, a good understanding of the Block Management industry, good financial analysis skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service. You will be working closely with the rest of the team and therefore strong interpersonal and team working skills will be key.
- Block Management Experience
- Understanding of Section 20’s & Service Charge Budgets
- Excellent Written & Oral Communication Skills
- Full UK Driving Licence & Vehicle

Salary Range & Benefits
The salary on offer is subject to your experience in the industry, the range offered is between £25,000 - £30,000 PA. You will also receive mileage expenses and have the opportunity to earn commission based on new business opportunities.
